We were proud to support along with our friends from the Liverpool Metro Bank store and many other big hearted businesses the #Roads4Rimmer a charity marathon trek taking in some
of the most iconic sporting venues around Merseyside on Sunday 26th March.
A couple of hundred people including our very own Jason Costello laced up their boots and trainers to raise funds in memory of Chris Rimmer who along with Stephen Darby set up the DarbyRimmerFoundation to raise funds in the battle to #AttackMND 💪
The foundation works closely supporting families who are effect by the impact Motor Neurone Disease has on their lives alongside this, funds are also used to further research into the disease, with an aim and hope to find a cure so the future generations don’t have to go through what they and other MND sufferers have to go through on a day to day basis.
Big thanks must go to the organisers of the walk Redwood Events. Great work from the whole team of volunteers who made sure all of the walkers were looked after every step of the way.
Finally, 3 cheers to all who took part as their efforts are close to raising £35,000…. AMAZING!!!!
